Healthy Body /Healthy Dancer Workshop This program is designed for teens – adults.

Dates: Monday and Wednesday June 10th -June 19th
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Class meets twice a week for two weeks. The first hour of class focuses on alignment, injury prevention, and stability dance fitness techniques. The second hour of class will be applying these newfound skills and awareness to specific dance styles (ballet, modern, jazz).
