These classes run as short term sessions (12 weeks). Registration is due no later than two weeks prior to the start date. Fees must be paid at the time of registration and apply only to the session for which you have registered. Class sessions begin the week of September 5, 2011. The Winter Session begins the week of January 9, 2012.
Once our school term schedule is established we will make adjustments to our schedule and offer additional programs.
ATTIRE: We suggest comfortable work out attire. Yoga style pants, shirt, bare feet, or soft dance sneakers/jazz shoes.
Morning Resistance Band Workout schedule /Saturday 8:15‐9:00am Fee: $100.
This 45‐minute program utilizes resistance bands, ballet strengthening exercises and is complimented with basic ballet barre work and stretches. Yoga mat is suggested. Focus is on posture/alignment, increasing flexibility and stamina. A core based fitness program.
Dance Fitness and Stress Reduction /Thursdays 8:00-9:00pm Fee: $120.
A Unique 60 minute program that utilizes ballet and contemporary dance stretches to create warm up and movement routines which improve fitness as well as assist in stress reduction.
Ballet Barre Ftiness – Day and time to be determined Fee: $120.
This class is a basic ballet class that incorporates stretch bands in the workout. Please notify the studio to be placed on a waiting list if interested in this program.
